There is still time to give your views about Slough’s town centre and local plan.

Slough Town Centre Partnership is encouraging residents and visitors to take part in a satisfaction survey to give their opinions on different areas, including shopping, places to eat and drink, car parking, accessibility, cleanliness, safety and security.

The results will help the Slough Town Centre Partnership to strengthen the retail offering, promote the centre as a business location, and support the success of The Curve cultural centre.

The closing date for the survey is Sunday 26 June.

Slough Borough Council is also seeking residents’ views on potential development in the town over the next 20 years. Proposals include demolition of churches, building on open spaces and relocation of a fire station. New schools, office blocks and residential developments also feature.

You can find more information about the plans at www.sloughgov.co.uk, in the central library and at the council offices.

The closing date for submitting your opinions is Friday 15 July. Email planningpolicy@slough.gov.uk or write to the planning team at St Martin’s Place, 51, Bath Road, Slough, SL13UF.
